A little dog this tiny should never be placed in a home with kids,larger dogs, or even rough adults!!
Sorry, but I don`t care how good your kid is with tiny animals,get them a hamster instead!! Or get them a sturdier breed,like a Jack Russell :)

But be advised that Chihuahuas are not! dogs to be kept outdoors,they thrive on & need human companionship!! Ocassionally in warm climates they can be kept outside in a safe shaded area for short periods of time. Never! leave your Chihuahua unattended!! PLease take heed to this advise,or do not get a Chihuahua!! Get a sturdier breed,like a Jack Russell instead...Thank you.
