WHAT IS AniMEALS ON WHEELS ? AniMeals On Wheels is an internationally registered charitable community service program of the PALS Foundation. Established in 1980, the AniMeals program was the first of its kind, originated to assist the growing needs of the aged, disabled and disadvantaged populations who share their lives with companion animals. Challenged by fixed incomes, individual persons are often faced with no longer being able to care for ther beloved four-legged family members. These cherished friendships are many times the only source of companionship and unconditional love they experience. Year-round AniMeals provides companion animal food, supplies, toys, humane education and other special care and companionship. Through the mission of the AniMeals On Wheels program, people and their animals are extended not only a helping-hand but more importantly the enriching relationship and interdependence of the Human-Animal Bond. Since the inception of this vital service more than a quarter of a century ago, the PALS Foundation has formed grassroot AniMeals outreach programs across the United States and on an international level. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

HOW MAY I BECOME INVOLVED ? Volunteer efforts from community members are a vital support in the tremendous success of the AniMeals On Wheels program.
