For Those Who Dare (notes) I am now starting to rewrite my screenplay entitled "For Those Who Dare". I blame this web page for keeping me from writing this past week. I am on a little work vacation (I broke my finger) and I need to get the bulk of this screenplay started before I go back to work. I see the doctor on Monday July 12, and he could possibly tell me I am fit to go back to work. And once I am back to my nine to five, my writing could possibly suffer, having to juggle this web page, work, my writing and keepng my wifey happy, (she worries when I don't spend time with her.) is going to be hard. I'll be okay, even though these past few weeks have spoiled me royally. ---------------July 7, 1999 4:45 P.M. EST. Just thought I'd write and say, so far so good, this is one of my easier projects to re-write and polish. Everything in it has been thought out thoroughly, as this was one of my favorite projects, I have made at least six different drafts of it. The story, although when you read the synopsis it might seem complicated, is pretty straight forward. And while I was writing it the first time I wished that I was able to type faster because I could not wait to see what was going to unfold next for the characters. Now, as I work on it I am just excited to see it on paper as a soon to be completed and copyrighted screenplay. ----------------July 8, 1999 12:33 P.M. EST. It's funny how much work you can get done, when you recieve no mail. I have been writing basically nonstop since my last update, I haven't even had time to update this site. Things are going extremely well with this, better than I could have expected. I don't wanna jinx it, but right now, I have only experienced little reason to rewrite, I am mainly in copy mode. That isn't what I expected but, this is good because I can have this thing completed and copyrighted within the week. -----------------July 10, 1999 12:43 P.M. EST. Just finished it, I will have it proof read and then it's on to the copyrighting. The synopsis should be up in a couple of days, maybe longer because the dream casting call is gonna be a bitch. The characters have to be around a certain age, and the cast I had in mind when I originally wrote it are either too old now, or dead (R.I.P. Tupak Shakur), and I am not too familiar with all the younger actors and actresses out right now. I do have one character already "dream casted" and that's only because, no other person on the planet can fit the description of the character other than him. Sorry, if it seems that I have forgotten about "For Those Who Dare", I have just been real busy, with the sudden interest in "We Die Young", and going back to work. I haven't even gotten it copyrighted yet, nor had the time to work on the synopsis or the dream casting call yet. But, I will, that is mainly a financial thing, because if I could copyright it for free, it would be copyrighted and posted by now. Anyway enough of my personal problems. FRIDAY!
